(UDYAM-UP-63-0057517) based in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All products available on SigmaFormula.in are digital/downloadable products.
No physical goods are sold or shipped. Upon successful payment, access to
the purchased product will be delivered via email.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, and digital products available on SigmaFormula.in
are the intellectual property of Resultiq Digital / SigmaFormula.in.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit any
content without prior written consent.
5. PERSONAL USE ONLY
Digital products purchased from SigmaFormula.in are licensed for personal
use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing purchased content is strictly
prohibited and may result in legal action.
6. PAYMENT
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay.
Payment must be completed before product delivery. We do not store your
payment details.
7. PRODUCT DELIVERY
Digital products are delivered to your registered email within 24 hours of
successful payment. If you do not receive your product within this timeframe,
contact us at support@naina.sigmaformula.in.

9. DISCLAIMER

11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
